The North Simcoe Business Centre is proud to share its 2025–2026 Community Impact Report, highlighting the entrepreneurs, businesses and communities strengthened through local support, guidance and financing.
This year’s report showcases the lasting impact of helping local entrepreneurs turn ideas into businesses, grow established companies and preserve important local services. From purchasing an existing clinic to expanding a catering business and building a new barbershop, the stories featured in the report demonstrate what can happen when local business owners have the right support behind them.
Among the featured success stories is Harbour View Denture Clinic, where financing helped Megan Cosgrove achieve her goal of purchasing the clinic — something she once never thought would be possible. FEAST Catering & Events was able to build its clientele and expand into a commercial kitchen with the support of multiple loans. Meanwhile, Hemingway’s Barbershop highlights the value of guidance and support for new business owners.
